THE OAKS HOTEL & SUITES, Paso Robles – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were wonderfully clean and quiet, with complimentary water bottles and slippers, making for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and welcoming staff. The location was great for exploring the cute downtown of Paso Robles, although not ideal if you prefer being within walking distance to everything. The dining experience was good, although the breakfast options could use more variety. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and filled with modern amenities, including a microwave, fridge, and Keurig coffeemaker, which added convenience to our stay. The upscale toiletries and towels provided added a touch of luxury. However, it seemed that there was an issue with housekeeping staffing being ready for our check-in. The service was friendly and welcoming, but there were some monitoring lapses in ensuring all facilities were in working order, including the amenities promised. The location was slightly off the beaten track but still easy to find and in close proximity to downtown Paso Robles. The dining experience offered good variety and healthy choices, with homemade cakes as a sweet treat, despite some drawbacks in maintaining the quality expected from a hotel of this class. The facilities were adequate, although there were comments about the cushions needing an upgrade. Price-wise, it was considered a good value for money.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience for me. The location was perfect, away from the busy street but still convenient to access downtown. The service was outstanding with extremely friendly and genuine staff who made my visit wonderful.
